Quest is a great company! I have used them numerous times and I’m always pleased with their service, replacements and repairs . They are responsive to the needs of their customers and communication (of all aspects) is excellent. Their pricing is transparent (itemized) unlike most companies that just charge a “job price “. I highly recommend Quest, totally impressed with this company!

The plumbers were super professional and very respectful and polite. Very careful when removing old tank and installing new tank. The area where tank was installed was cleaner than they found it.

I would have liked to have given this experience 5-starts however due to the incomplete nature of the service I felt it warranted a sub-par grade.

Pros:

- Outstanding professional respect and positive interaction when setting up the service call

- Significantly user-friendly website

- Very professional, knowledgeable, and amicable service technicians

Cons:

- Following the service call (approximately 1 hour) noted no how water flow; subsequent investigation revealed the system had not been turned back on

- Noted again no resolve to the flow issue- further noted ALL 4 shut-off valves were STILL in the shut-off condition

In the future recommend the service technicians do a QA (Quality Assurance) check of their work to ensure 1) work has indeed been completed without any negative factors present and 2) the system is restored to full operating condition
