My experience with Radiant MedSpa was not impressive. I don't usually respond to these kind of things but I was very taken back by one of your employees. If I was an owner of a company I would want to know this information.
I came in last Saturday for a peel. When I scheduled the peel I stated that I didn't want to meet with the sales gal. I am an esthetician and used to be the skin consultant for a medspa and didn't want consult. Just wanted a peel and to check out your spa. I was quoted $95.00 for the peel over the phone and becuase I was a new client I could also use a $50.00 gift card. When I arrived for my appointment instead of going back with the eshthetician I was called back to the consult room with Alexis. She was very unprofessional and spoke badly about the medspa I used to work for. In the consult room she quoted me $129.00 for the peel. I informed her I was quoted $95.00. Confused on your pricing I just said ok because I wanted to get on with my peel. At this point it was already 1:30pm and my appoinment was scheduled at 1pm. This meeting felt sleezy and that she didn't really care what my needs were she just wanted to make a sale. Which is a shame because I love medspas and do botox, lhr, peels, and facials and was looking for a good affordable place to go. I do want to point out that my esthetician Erin was awesome!!! At the end of my appointment Erin walked me to the front, showed me some products and told the front desk my service for the day was $95.00. I was pleased because that is what I was originally quoted. Right as I am about to pay Alexis walks up and in a very rude tone says "no it's $129.00, we discussed this in the room and your already getting a deal" To some this up I will not being coming back to your medspa nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. I understand you need sales to keep your business running but it's also important to have kind loving people working for you if you want clients to come back.
