I didn't get the color I wanted. Instead I got burnt hair and three different colors. Not only that, I was chatged 90 dollars and have to go back to get a trim and deep conditioning treatment. Which I will be charged for these services, this is not fair to me for I didn't ask for this to happen to my hair. Why should I pay for something I didn't cause or ask for. This was my second time here and I still wasn't able to get my hair trim, for there was no more time.

I have been going here for years & have always had a great experience. The salon is comfortable & relaxing, and the staff is polite & accommodating. I enjoy trying the different hair products that are recommended. They have a high level of education in their products, coloring, hair styles & are always willing to help with suggestions.
