I was thrilled with my experience this week. The staff are prompt and friendly, the salon is pleasant and comfortable, and it was easy to schedule my appointment online. Maddy was lovely to meet. She's a ninja, quietly working, and then suddenly you've got a great new haircut and style. A perfect salon experience!

The best experience I ever had in getting my hair cut. I have begun allowing my hair to grow long since, as long as I can remember, I have always had a high and tight cut. I told the stylist what I wanted and where I was going with it and she intently listened, ask questions to confirm she understood, and provided feedback and suggestions.
She was cheery beyond measure and, not only made me feel at ease, it made me a regular costumer.

My whole life stylists have been talking me into getting these cute and trendy haircuts when all I want is a couple ratty inches off my ends. I'm terrible at styling my hair, I've tried doing it a thousand different ways with a thousand different products, but that's just not how I am. For the first time ever, Kady listened to what I wanted, didn't try to change my mind, and gave me a haircut that doesn't look ridiculous when I just let it air dry. Now I can be my lazy self without having a bunch of razor cut layers making me look like a poodle when I give up on blow drying them after 2 days.

I had an amazing experience at r!ah! Kady was great and really zeroed in on what I envisioned for my color. Also I loved how she explained each step of the process, how I should proceed for maintenance and upkeep of my hair in the future, and she let me know ahead of time what to expect the cost of the service would be. Lastly, she was genuinely a lovely person to talk to. The salon itself is beautiful and the staff seems top-notch. I will definitely be returning and recommending to everyone I know!
