I couldn’t allow myself to give 5 stars, unfortunately. The staff was great! The vet and assistant were fabulous! Unfortunately, the groomer rubbed my husband and I the wrong way. She told us there must’ve been a misunderstanding with the groom we had scheduled because she had plans and wanted to be out by 2 , which didn’t leave enough time for my puppy to be groomed. As someone who works in retail and customer service I feel this could have been explained and handled differently. From a customer stand point, I would much rather have been told that she just didn’t have time, rather than her say she made plans and wanted to be out by 2. That made me feel as if she didn’t value me as a customer. For this reason, I will be cancelling my grooming appointment with her and will look elsewhere. I will however, keep my appointment for shots and health check ups for my puppy because the vet and assistant were patient and kind. They understood that my puppy was very hyper and playful and that he just loves people, rather than getting annoyed with how wiggly he was! Thank you guys for that!
