Always...ALWAYS Great

I always have a positive experiences with all my animal when i come into the office. This time I had to bring in a new puppy Baylee that seems to like to eat her toys so she does not have to share with her brother Logan. They got her fix up. I have a very difficult dog Ziggy and Dr. Miller always seems to ease my fears when i have to just drop her off.

This was Julia's first visit with Dr. Miller and Katie, assistant. Everyone here seems so receptive with a bright and positive disposition. Dr. Miller made a few suggestions about Julia's care that sounded pleasing and that I have not heard before, so I really appreciated her input. We definitely look forward to Julia's next visit.

My little dog has aged to the point that she's not eating, and spending most of her time sleeping (usually in my bed). When I took her in, due to not eating, Dr. Drake checked her out and then he offered to check her blood. He delivered the news that her body is no longer making red blood cells and that she is anemic. Heart broken, I knew that she has arrived at end-of-life. And we discussed "comfort care". He provided support in a professional and dignified manner. He also suggested special pureed dog food to offer to her, if she wanted it. All the reception staff were kind and offered their support. I did receive a follow-up call about her welfare the next day. Thank you for your many kindnesses to me and my furbaby.

Moxie Thinks Rainbow Valley ROCKS!

Moxie is our 10 year old standard poodle (who still behaves like a puppy) and has been seen by Rainbow Valley since she was 8 weeks old. During her Saturday "you don't belong on my block so I will run and jump and bark the song of my people until you leave" solos; she did something to her paw and began limping, not putting weight on it and yipe-ing in pain. She would walk ok for a time, then yipe again and not put weight on it.

Worried that it was something horrible, I called first thing on Monday Morning. Just from my name, they remembered that Moxie gets uptight (they were kind; she is sorta psycho at the vet) and recommended that we leave her because they may need to sedate her if they have to take x-rays or anything. When we brought her in (almost immediately and without a specific appointment time), they were incredibly clear about the possible costs, the time it would take and what we could expect. Within a couple hours, even though they could not replicate the limping; they called with a wonderful plan of treatment that started with the least costly and least invasive first. They also lied to me and said she was amazingly well behaved (which made me feel great even though I know better!).

It's been 3 days and Moxie has made an almost full recovery and our family is so grateful that her care is in the capable hands of the entire staff at Rainbow Valley. We are so relieved! I recommend them to EVERYONE I can! No one could care better than Rainbow Valley!
