Most recent visit, Rainbow worked my Lil Bit in for an emergency visit. I was truly grateful. They explained what was going on in terms that I understood. The whole staff is very professional with a kind heart. I have been with them since yr 1991. I would highly recommend going to them with your pet's needs.

All of the Vet Techs are very concerned about my dog and are willing to help me with transportation from the car to the facility. Payment can be made from the car over the phone if one is unable to go inside for any reason, especially when ill. Dr. Arnett always calls to give you options and ensure you the positive position of your furry family member.

My dog was very sick all night. I took her to the vet as soon as they opened.

The tech was able to go over some questions with us about the problems and concerns. We were able to leave her there until the vet could see her which they did very quickly. Our dog needed emergency surgery. They informed us of everything including the costs and kept us very well informed and updated on how things were going. Our baby did wonderful and went home that day with us. They took amazing care of her and did a fabulous job from the reception staff, the tech and the vets! I absolutely recommend them. They've taken care of several of our animals both with regular visits and other surgeries and even end of life for two of ours.
