I took my cat to them for about 6 months at first everything was fine, just wellness checks and vaccines. Then my cat started throwing up and having diarrhea, I brought her in about 4 times, got all the tests needed, paid thousands of dollars just for them to tell me she's fine and they couldn't find anything wrong.

A few days later she was sitting on the arm of a chair grooming herself when I heard a small thud. I thought she was just clumbsy and toppled over, I looked over on the chair and she was rigid, all of her limbs sticking straight out. we called Rainbow vet asking for help, they told us to do cpr and take her to a different location. My baby didn't make it. She was only 3 years old.

So, not only did they waste my time and money running tests that didn't work instead of actually diagnosing an issue, they didn't help when we called and sent us somewhere 20 minutes away, they also STILL send us emails every few months telling us that our baby is due for her vaccines or wellness check. She has been dead for almost 2 years. I have called several times, I have emailed numerous times to tell them to stop sending me reminders. They don't listen. I've just received another one this morning.

Horrible place. They love to add on things your pet doesn't need. They tell you to use an interest free credit care (CARE). They don't tell you the interest is free for a very short time. They bully you if you refuse treatment. Horrible place.

After some 30 yrs of working with Rainbow, when I needed you most I couldn’t get help! I had a emergency and still the staff could not find time to for my baby girl in!

My daughter shared that the vet was rude to her and was not gentle with my dog. This was my first visit with my dog and I will not go back. I am disapponted

This was our second time taking Buddy and I was so impressed from start to finish. The receptionist was very busy, but was so professional and calm in the midst of chaos around her. Our vet tech was so sweet to Buddy and gave us some tips as well. Our doctor was amazing, funny and thorough! We are so happy we have a new vet for Buddy that we trust from every level of care.

Anna helped me to take my bags of dog food out to my car which was parked down the street since no parking was available at that time. Also , Francisco always has a smile & asks if I need help. Very good employees ! There are some other girls which I don’t know their names which are very helpful too & does ask if I need help to carry the big dog food bag out to my car. Dr. P. Is a very good Veterinarian! Keep up the good work !!!

It's always a delight to go to Rainbow Veterinary hospital. I have taken my Pekingnese, Benny, there since he was 3 months old. He is now 14 years old. They have saved Benny's life & my heart from breaking many times. The staff are friendly and caring, and the Drs will listen to you and care about my fur baby too.
