Dr. Arnold is knowledgeable, patient and kind. His staff is equally amazing, whether talking us through dispensing medications or merely checking on how we are all doing. Their level of care, physically and emotionally, is outstanding.

excellent service but... you removed the heartguard tablets from the box and did not give me the box so I did not get any of the little red reminder stickers for my calendar. I rely on these to remind me to give my dogs their pills.

My experience at Raintree is always great. I'm just sad that I can't go inside anymore to talk with all the great staff. But they are keeping everyone safe!

Good service from the staff once I get in, but I would appreciate being given more information on my wait time when I check in with my pet. I was in several times last week, and I waited for more than 25 minutes twice last week.

I brought my senior cat in for a complete workup. Everyone was very nice, they took extra good care of her and the vet was very responsive to my questions and concerns. My cat was stressed going to the vet but she was fine on the way home and after we got back so I know they were very gentle and loving.
