Really disappointed. I've given the school a number of attempts and been let down. The floor needs more instructors. My cut and/or color always takes HOURS longer than it should. I never come out with what I ask for even when I bring multiple pictures. The last time I went was during the power outage so I left with a wet head of hair and half my cut unfinished... No discount offered? Schedule a time to come back? I understand the prices are already low, but I pay for that difference when I sit in the chair for three hours longer than going to a licensed stylist and run the risk of having a less-than-stellar cut. I'm not the type to write a negative review, but I feel that PM The School needs to get it together. This is an instructional school on how to operate within the service industry but is not setting a good example.
The girls I've had work on my hair were all really sweet, I wish they were being given more direction and help! This review is in no way directed at the students themselves or the personalities of who I encountered - everyone was very kind!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. While our Future Professionals do receive training from their instructors, all of our Learning Leaders are licensed and receive ongoing training monthly. Due to each student's technique and skill level, their timing will vary. With the power outage that took place recently, we have chosen not to pursue payment for anyone who left with an incomplete service as a courtesy to you. Please feel free to call and talk to a member of management for any other challenges you have so we can come up with a game plan in the future to better meet your needs.
