The staff and Dr. Manassa did a great job! My dog is very nervous and doesn't do well in crowds or with other dogs, so they accommodated me, by bringing us in through a side door and right in to a room. That was very helpful! Thanks for taking care of us ! The Dahlke's

The staff is always so polite, friendly and helpful. Evenwith something as simple as picking up special food or meds for my very special 4 legged furry family member.

My dog had an accident. I called my vet and they were very accommodating in getting him in right away. He had to have a minor surgery. When I came back to pick my dog up the vet explained that my dog had had a reaction to the pain meds and anesthesia during surgery. Thank goodness they were monitoring his vitals closely and he was ok. Very scary. Checking in was a little chaotic. I believe they had 7 ladies behind the desk when I arrived and they were all talking loudly. I had to tell the receptionist my name 3 times before she could hear me. I waited and waited and then after waiting 5 min or so she asked me how to spell my name. Checking out wasn't any better and I lost it. I am not usually like that. But, after standing there for a while, to the point where I was just going to walk out of the place and they could mail me a bill, I finally got to check out.. I told the receptionist my name, even spelled it. My dog is standing with me still a little out of it from the surgery. I was concerned if he was ok because of what the vet had told me earlier about him having a reaction. Then after standing there for another 5 min the receptionist asked me how to spell my name. That's when I lost it. Not proud of it but, seriously? I called ahead to make the appointment and my dog just had surgery. The receptionist should have a log of who comes in that day so they can be familiar with all their patients names. Might make it run a little smoother. Dogs were lined up behind me waiting. Needless to say it was a little crazy.

Spark is a tough dog to help since he has seizures when he is in stressful situations - but the staff at Randall Road Animal Hospital handled him well and were able to treat him.

Every time that I have scheduled with them there has been an issue usually stating my appointment is not the day that I am in there when it is and also double check that they update the vaccine records. This has been an issue several times. They are a very very busy practice so this may be why.

Our first time here, and it was a difficult one. We needed to have our Golden Retriever checked, something wasn't right with her, and unfortunately it wasn't a good outcome. The staff here were so understanding and kind.And so good to my Sandy I can't say enough.

They aren't our normal Vets, but we will be returning to become regular customers.
