Everyone at Randolph Animal Hospital makes it a great experience. Everyone is very nice and always greet me and my cat seperatly. Other vets I've been too haven't been as welcoming. The nurses and vet treat my kitten like he's they're own. I've only needed routine check ups and vaccines for him so far but if he's ever sick or hurt I know he'll be very well cared for.
My greyhound Andy enjoys visiting his human friends at RAH, even when he's receiving injections or having his nails trimmed. (It's all about the treats!) At our June visit for his annual we learned a good tip for curbing Andy's barking at dogs and other large animals we encounter during our walks. He learned this behavior from "policing" our neighborhood last year when coyotes we habitating neighbor's yards. He was rewarded for this behavior. To untrain him Dr. Harrington recommended giving him treats to distract him. We're going to try this, I'm sure it's going to work! Thank you Dr. Harrington and RAH!
The staff is friendly and helpful and very loving to their fur-clients. Dr. Sue Harrington is the best! She gave our new puppy a thorough exam that seemed as though she was giving him a nice massage. There is no other veterinarian that I would trust with my pets.
