I had been smelling a burnt fluid odor for about a week on my 2002 Ford Taurus. So I took it over to Chris and the gang at Ray's and they found that my oil filter was loose and leaking oil into engine compartment. they tightened it up and got me back on the road in no time. Thanks Ray's!

My appointment was at 1:45 and I wasn’t seen till 2:15. David had my hair washed then I sat in the waiting area for another 30 minutes. When I was seen after telling him I had something afterwards he cut my hair while I stood!
