Outstanding customer service. Guy took his time explaining the problem with the furnace and the source of the problem.
My furnace went out on the coldest day in October, and R Buck made sure to send a technician to fix my furnace that day. I absolutely love their service package for both my swamp cooler and furnace. I have referred R Buck to co-worker and will continue to do so.

Nick was great. He got my water heater going again and it's still working. For now I'm on a "wait and see" basis. If the heater fails again, I now have good information to call your company and order the correct replacement.

My heater was on the fritz with a winter storm situated right over my house . I got an appointment for service on the day I called in, and my HVAC technician, Guy, is clearly a master. He quickly diagnosed the issue, deftly made the repair, and gave me lots of tips on how to increase my energy efficiency and extend the health and lifespan of my furnace - including how to read the error codes so I can diagnose problems myself in the future. Lucky for me, my repair was minor. I'm guessing that the cost ($156) of the service call and new capacitor is competitive, and for same-day service it was worth it.

The morning of the yearly checkup for our boiler the heat was not reaching the zone for the bedrooms. Guy quickly diagnosed a failed zone valve. From the time of the diagnosis to the install was less than 90 minutes, this include going to the supplier for the new valve. Thanks Guy and R Bucks for the GREAT service.
