Due to the global pandemic, we are practicing social distancing, which means we cannot offer couples massages or nail treatments together since space is limited in those treatment rooms. We do let our guests know this upon booking. Since you did receive multiple services, you and your daughter should have been able to sit together in between treatments in our relaxation room. Again, we apologize that we did not meet your expectations, but hope you can understand that we are following all CDC guidelines to ensure the safety of our guests and team members.
