Mike and Monty and the Red Euro team did it again - gave me only the repairs and service needed. I always leave there with the peace of mind that my teenage VW is safe & reliable, because they always check it for anything that might be wearing out. They never rush me to replace a part that I could get a few months of life out of, but schedule it to look at again later on. Very impressed as always.

Mike and the Redmond European team are always responsive, courteous, and professional. Their prices are fair (and compare favorably to dealer service!) and they keep my cars running great! They stand behind their work.

Mike was incredibly responsive and helpful from the very first e-mail. My visit was motivated by a failed emissions test and some concerns I have on my 2004 VW Passat. He heard my concerns and made me feel really comfortable with accepting his services. My repairs were done by early afternoon, and he even took the courtesy of taking my car back to emissions testing to ensure it would pass, and provided me with all of the necessary paperwork.

I will absolutely be bringing my car back here for future maintenance and repairs.

I am so relieved to find a shop that figured out my car's issues, displays kind customer service in every conversation whether by phone or in person and if possible stays open until I can get there by bus after work. What a difference from the other shops I have gone to in the last 3 years.
