I am extremely pleased with my experience at Redmond European. Mike was upfront with me about the costs involved in repairing my BMW X3. He was very transparent about pricing, and tried to save me money wherever possible if quality parts were available by non-dealer suppliers. He even went so far as to combine tasks to save on labor costs. He didn't double charge for tasks accomplished in the same area of the vehicle, but kept it at a true hourly rate. Whenever something unexpected came up he was on the phone telling me what if was and what the options would be. The group made every effort to come up with an accurate estimate before proceeding with work. As far as the quality of work is concerned, my car hasn't run this well in years. Not even after it had been serviced for years by Seattle BMW (the dealership). Redmond European had found major problems with my car that the mechanics at Seattle BMW had missed time and time again. It's so rare to find such honesty and quality of labor in businesses these days. I will definitely be going back to Redmond European.
