The quality of instruction here is consistently excellent. There is a good variety of classes and the studio offers special workshops and classes to keep things interesting and fun. I also really appreciate the time and attention the instructors have spent answering specific questions about form, limitations, modifications and how to reach personal goals. The front desk staff is exceptional and friendly. They are very helpful and responsive to questions and scheduling. The staff has worked hard to make this studio a warm and welcoming place with a friendly atmosphere.
