Tim spent a lot of time with me to come up with the best replacement for my failed A/C unit. He took into account factors such as cost, unit efficiency, what unit would physically fit inside and outside, how long I expected to own the home, and what I needed for capacity. I am quite happy with the system that we chose.

Timeliness -- responsiveness was very good. It was reported to me that the repair man was polite and professional. I was disappointed that he did not thoroughly check out the drain flow switch as it malfunctioned just a day or two after he "unstuck" it. The switch failed again causing the villa to go up to 98 degrees again.and he replaced the switch on a return visit . Your pricing seems to be much higher than anticipated and I felt that I should not have been charged for the return visit, just the actual material cost of the switch. In addition, I just had a start capacitor replaced on my house unit in North Carolina and the material cost of the capacitor was less than $50.00. So I felt that the $230 fee was excessive.

While your promptness and professionalism of your staff was very good, your pricing and callback charges were excessive.

I was impressed how hard the 3 guys work to give us some relief from the heat. They were very polite and cleaned up everything was finished.They saw the furnace new furnace was dented, and ordered another one to install. Overall, I am pleased with Red Mountain air conditioning.

We chose Red Mountain because they had been servicing our old unit for many years. They did a replacement. While their prices seemed high, it was the only Air Conditioning company we call. Their work was very good and quick from meeting with us and installing the new unit..

Red Mountain came to the rescue after another AC company destroyed my unit by not properly draining old refrigerant and replacing with new (r22 to 407c). The technician Pete and Engineer Tim were fantastic to work with and had me back in business in less than 24 hours. Oh, did I mention that I had sold my property and close on May 4th? Everyone I dealt with was fantastic and I will happily recommend them to anyone needing AC service in the future. Thanks guys!

Tim was my salesman and Ernie, his brother and JD did the install. I'm a salesman as well and can spot, in the first 10 seconds, if a guy knows what he's doing. Tim does, which is why I went with RMAC. He answered all my questions, worked with me on the price and added services, met and exceeded expectations.

Ernie and his team did a seamless job of installing the unit. No issues and I would have no problem referring him on anyone's job. They were thorough in their preparation, execution, and clean up. My only recommendation might be that Ernie make a concerted effort to review the proposal with the customer and go over each of the items on it, showing the customer what was installed, where it is, how it works, why it's important, etc. I took the initiative with him to do this, so he may have had this planned anyway. Regardless, He and his team did an excellent job.

I'll look forward to future services from RMAC

I purchased a new car battery at another business and was told it couldn't be installed because of the computer. My brother-in-law suggested I drive to this Sun Devil to see if they might assist me. Mark met me at the door, sold me the same kind of battery that was currently in my vehicle at a much discounted amount than the other place had charged me and installed it free of charge while I waited. AND, the warrant is for 5 years, not 3 which was the policy of the other business. I am so grateful for the efficiency and friendliness of these people. I can't say thanks enough. I'm going to seriously consider having my maintenance done by this group. Thanks so much!
