Our experience with this issue with our Ram Utility Truck was very poor. Phone calls were initiated by us and no one would return the calls. When we asked your mechanics and a supervisor to summarize the problem no one knew or had different answers. After 4 days with our truck there Nothing had been done to the vehicle and no one knew when there would be work done so we picked the vehicle up and had to take it somewhere else. This is a work truck that is necessary for our business on a daily basis and no one was giving us any assistance or trying to solve the problem.
