Dr Shannon although I never met her in person appears to be a compassionate and emphatic vet. She asked the right questions and seemed to know what she’s talking about. I will definitely go back and see her regarding Coal’s needs and issues.

I'm very satisfied with the vet Dr. Wright shes very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and really cares about the animals. However I have been left/ignored when sitting in the parking lot waiting to be checked in at times more than once. Overall satisfied

Scheduling appoints is too difficult. One because there's not a true online appointment system and two because appointments are like a month out even if your trying to only get vaccinations.
Also compared to other vets I've been to, I feel like there's services attempted to be sold to me that are not needed. I've raised dogs all my life, 30+ years and never had to get so many tests. Also there is a big difference when you have a dog that is an outsider, rooms the woods, parks, etc vs one that mainly stays indoors except for walks on leash and to go outside to his artificial grass pad for potty breaks. Why I keep getting asked for fecal test that costs $50+ and blood tests confuses me.
Also I was sitting in the parking lot yesterday and watch staff taking bottles of sodas, juices, and other items from a shed looking building to the bushes and pour out the contents. Looked like they were cleaning out a breakroom fridge buy why dump the contents out in the public space like that? Also saw a woman that seemed to be like a supervisor talking to another younger woman. Seemed like she was being reprimanded because the younger woman seemed uncomfortable. Maybe that wasn't the case but all of us in the parking lot saw these activities and they weren't professional.

I was very worried about my Zoey and did not feel it was in her best interest to go back to emergency vet. Redwood Vet got me in within two hours to see Doctor that was already knowledgeable about her situation. It was professional, kind, compassionate and I felt listened to. I have had many wonderful canine friends over the years of my life and have trusted Redwood Vet with them all.
