Let me start by saying this: I'm the easiest hair customer out there. Simple cut and boring, match-my-natural color. Nothing fancy at all. Now, after four visits to Reecia's, I did manage to get a decent haircut, but the stylist I was assigned to has never once gotten my color right. On every single visit, I've had to ask her to correct something: after my first visit, she had to redo an entire section she'd missed; after my second visit, it was the wrong color; after my third visit, the color actually came out when I washed my hair the usual 48 hours later; and now, after my fourth visit, my roots are nearly black (I'm naturally a light brunette). The stylist is not very friendly and easily distracted, always chatting with other stylists -- and their clients -- while she's working on me. She never talks through options or opinions with me and always hurries to go mix her color as soon as I sit down. And, as I've said, she clearly doesn't listen to my desires because she's always gotten it wrong. I've been a Veda/Aveda customer for more than a decade in three different states and was excited to learn there was such a salon in a nearby town, but this is the first time I've encountered such poor service and even poorer results. In the end, the drive, the hassle and the expense are just not worth it. I am looking for a new salon to hopefully fix all the bad color I'm now embarrassingly stuck with thanks to the stylist at Reecia's. I will not be returning to Reecia's, and unfortunately can't recommend it to others.
