Not sure if it's just my luck, but phones are never answered and always go to recording, "reached after hours" however it's normal buisness hrs. Took 3 days of calling at all hrs to finally get an answer. This hasn't been the 1st or 2nd time this happened before.
We have been experiencing trouble with our Comcast phone lines for the past few months and have working to resolve the issues. The main problem is our incoming line and outgoing lines. They are all suppose to have the same number on caller ID, so when someone calls back, it goes to our incoming line. Which means, at this time, only our main phone number (638-2246) is being sent to incoming lines.
