We contacted other remodeling agency's before we were referred to Refine. We are happy we have found Refine as it has been a very pleasant process of handling a difficult task. They helped us through every step of the process listening to us and giving advice. They never have high pressured us, but always followed through with what the promised. We highly recommend Refine for their services for remodeling.

The guys were prompt on both the times they came for an estimate and on the 2 days of electrical work. They had really good suggestions as to where to best place additional outlets based on our needs which decreased the overall number of outlets initially requested. It should be noted that Refine had earlier replaced kitchen and master bathroom countertops and installed new carpet through the main living level.. Our overall experience with the company is that we were very pleased with all the work they have done!

we had our kitchen flooring and counter tops redone with Refine. They quoted a fair price, walked us through each step with patience and thorough explanations. The work was done very well and despite significant extra work that was encountered, they honored their original estimate! Great work, honest folks, will use them again:)
