I came in today to reflections eye care for my scheduled eye appointment. I arrived 20 minutes late due to traffic and was turned away by the team. Even more than being turned away, I was disappointed by how rude the customer service was as one of associates showed no interest in trying to find a time that would work for us. He told me "too bad" and that I should have arrived on time.
As someone coming from a longer commute, I was really disappointed that they did not make any effort to go through with my appointment and seemed to look at me as someone that would just give them extra work to do.
Perhaps if they showed better customer service I would have been happy to reschedule but I don't plan to give my money to any team that treats their customers this way. I will have to go through the process of finding a new eye doctor.
