Trevor, thank you for taking the time to provide a review for us. When you contacted us 5 months ago after your last visit about possible damage we asked if you would bring your car back to us to take a look at it, or at least email us pictures of the damage, and if it was something we were responsible for we would happily take care of the repairs for you. Unfortunately, we never heard from you again and we were not given the opportunity to resolve any concerns you had. Other than just mailing a check, damage sight unseen, I?m not sure what else we could have done to try to help you. We do wish you the best of luck with your Audi and in finding a shop that you are happy with.
Appreciated the attention to detail on the service. My car was cleaned before it was returned after servicing which was appreciated. I also received a thorough explanation of the work which was done and provided with visual details where possible (iIt is hard to get this even at the dealership). The price was a little higher for similar work at other shops, but overall the quality of how the work was done was excellent.

Received a detailed assessment of the brake issues and an overview of the options for correcting the condition. Since it is my wife's car, she was concerned about the results and was very satisfied with the performance of the car after the repairs. Nice job
