I got an oil change and it was done pretty quick. I really wish they would put a friendlier person at the front desk. Ryan needs to be a service advisor and not be dealing with customers. I will just take my car to the Subaru delaership next time and just pay more. I need my 90,000 service and from his demanor I did not feel welcome to bring back my car for that.

Well this place has numerous turnovers and this may be why. I tried to use one of their coupons to get a front end alignment. The tech came out and said the adjustment nuts were frozen and I needed the lower control arms replaced. So feeling a rip off coming I asked for a detailed quote of recommendation . $1,405 quote later I took my truck over to a reliable mechanic on Barker Cypress. Westpoint Automotive. They put the truck up on the rack sprayed WD40 on the bolts and $114 later I had a perfect alignment. The owner noted he could see where the mechanic had applied wrenches to the wrong places and consequently could not do anything. I strongly recommend driving past this repair facility or leave your wallet at home.
