The timing belt broke on our SUV while my wife was commuting to work in The Woodlands. She called Reliable, spoke to Brian and gave him a review of what had happened, and that the tow truck was en route, plus my name, number, and the fact it was my birthday. Brian called with a resoultion and an estimate within a couple hours, and the job was complete by the end of the day. Plus, they wished me a Happ(ier) Birthday. I've bee using Relaible since shortly after they opened and have always felt good about the service, repairs and fair price.

I got an oil change and it was done pretty quick. I really wish they would put a friendlier person at the front desk. Ryan needs to be a service advisor and not be dealing with customers. I will just take my car to the Subaru delaership next time and just pay more. I need my 90,000 service and from his demanor I did not feel welcome to bring back my car for that.
