My massage was very good.
I had two concerns.
The main concern is that with the new VIP membership, we no longer received lunches but received the 4 coupons for friends for $10 off. I don't have many friends who go there frequently and I'm the one who paid for the membership. I would like to have something I can use-not $40 to give away to people who may or may not use it. What can be done to make this make a bit more sense for the VIP customer?
Last night, I ordered a Caesar salad without chicken and it was the same price. $15 for lettuce and cheese is certainly an awful lot-why wouldn't the prices be adjusted accordingly? The refreshments offered previously were better and the menu was not quite so expensive. It seems the prices are higher and the food is less. I used to be very satisfied with the spa but over time, the quality seems to not be nearly as good. A few massages ago, I had a massage therapist who seemed to not know what she was doing at all. I'm doing to reconsider continuing my VIP membership when it's time for renewal and possibly consider a different spa.
