The place is very elusive about when and whether the patient is eligible for the exams, like the panoramic X ray. If you ever told by Dr. Kate to wait for 6 months for any eligibility (like the panoramic x ray or any exam), beware that she may be fooling you. Either do your homework and fight for the eligibility there, or go somewhere else that is more transparent and honest. In my case, when I visited Renew32 7 months ago Dr. Kate told me I would be eligible for the 'Panoramic X Ray' by July. When I visited again yesterday (August) she said I would be eligible for the 'Panoramic X Ray' by Feb. What? You just told me the same thing 7 months ago. She said since I took my X Ray last time I need to wait till it's 12 months before I took Panoramic X Ray. But come on, X Ray and Panoramic X Ray are separated. Not only I have not taken any Panoramic X Ray in years but also she can see my record in her system. She then changed words and said 'well yes, you can take the Panoramic X Ray. I only suggested it because we don't have anyone here today to see if you need a wisdom teeth removal" I asked her if I can schedule another visit one of these days to take the panoramic x ray when 'that person' is here, instead of having me wait for another 6 months. She changed words again and said she can take the panoramic for me today. So I had my panoramic x ray eventually but sorry they just lost a patient and credibility. Be consistent with words, doctor.
Well, this seems to be a clear miscommunication on both our ends and lack of understanding of insurance benefits and x-rays etc. I wish instead of posting this online, you would take the time to ask me personally so that we can discuss it and clear up the misunderstanding.
