The staff only took an x-ray of the tooth that hurt instead of the usual full mouth x-ray. When I questioned this they said they were trying to save me money. The staff needs to communicate better with each other. One woman came in to evaluate me and I told her my symptoms and where I hurt - she responded "oh tooth 29". Another woman came in to x-ray me and started to x-ray the other side of my mouth. I told her no - tooth 29 so she eventually took an x-ray of the CORRECT tooth. I made an appointment with Dr. Anderson but saw another dentist because I was told Dr. Anderson was busy. Do you overbook your dentist's?
