We received two bids for the repairs/replacements on two gutters in the Deschutes Landing, which we received in a timely manner. However, the one repair/replacement was completed and I received two invoices which I thought meant the second repair/replacement was completed also.
However, upon receiving a call from the owner of the unit wondering why the work was not completed, I found out it wasn't. I've made at least 3 calls to the office inquiring when this job will be completed and I'm still waiting for a call back and confirmation.
