The technician was on time and very friendly. He was very informative. The carpet looks and smells great. Prior to getting our carpet cleaned our dogs were marking the carpet. There is one spot that still smelt a tiny bit and a dog marked it shortly after the technician left. The reason for the average rating is because of this spot and because the technician broke a mirror while he was here. The technician didn't offer to take money off the bill or pay for the broken mirror.
Please accept my apologies for the damage to the mirror in your home. It sounds like you were please with the cleaning and the overall service from the technician. I am sorry he did not obtain a value on the item so we could rectify the loss. I will email you and we will see that this is taken care of for you. We appreciate you having us in your home and we hope to serve you for years to come.

Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns and posting your review.
The estimated time for cleaning varies depending upon the areas being serviced. Most jobs run on average an hour and a half, so it would seem that the time you stated the technician took to complete the cleaning is reasonable. Our technicians attempt to be as efficient and thorough as possible while respecting the customers time.
Prior to leaving the home, our technicians always perform post cleaning inspections with each customer to insure the areas are cleaned to their satisfaction.
In regards to the prolonged dampness, dry time is usually 2-3 hours if not sooner. In areas of heavy soiling the technician may need to apply more solution and dry time may be longer. In your particular case, during September of 2013, Colorado was experiencing exceptionally heavy rainfall and disastrous flooding. As I explained when I spoke to you in October, with extremely high humidity the air becomes saturated with moisture and the carpets may feel damp to the touch but not wet. When customers have concerns we ask that they let us know as soon as possible so we can assist immediately. Small area fans can aid in quicker dry times when needed.
We do have a 30 guarantee because we strive for 100% satisfaction. Even though your stated issue was only dampness a month prior, we scheduled a follow up which you had later cancelled due to changes in your schedule.
