I've tried your spa before and had a great experience, which is why I came back. However, this time I was very disappointed.
When I first arrived, there were two ladies at the desk who could have cared less about me when I walked in. I got no greeting or even the slightest amount of customer service from them.
I went back and got changed and went into the waiting room. I asked if they were brewing more tea because the last time I was there, you had tea. They said that they "would check on it," but they never did.
My facialst was just ok. She was very nice, but was quite chatty and I really just wanted to relax. Also, maybe it was a cultural thing, but she insulted the way that I did my eyebrows and also made a comment on some slight facial hair that I take care of myself. I also was not all that pleased with the facial. Her extractions were different than I have experienced. Usually they use a metal tool; however, she used her fingers. It just was not that pleasant. It was not a horrible experience, but I would never go back to her again.
Upon checking out, again, the ladies at the desk were awful. No smile, and they did not even ask me how my service was. In fact, one of them was texting on their phone the whole time I was checking out. I also never got the tea I had requested which was not that big of a deal, but still a little annoying based on the rest of experience.
Bottom line, you need to work on your customer service at the desk and overall skill of your estheticians.
