Staff and Doctor Patel were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff walked me through everything I had to do as a first time patient there and I was easily led through what finally got me back to see the Doctor. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because my appointment time was at 10:45 and I didn’t leave the office until 1:45 and narrowly missed picking up my daughter from school on time. I ended up taking an X Ray then giving a urine sample. I didn’t know I would be doing those at the first appointment, but it made sense. I would just schedule next appointment in person for earlier.

Dr Patel actually went through my medical binder that has documentations, MRI reports, medication lists etc. she listened to what I had to say and respected certain opinions I had on medications. But after talking for awhile she came up with a plan of action that gives me hope for the future. I’m very excited to be under her care and hopefully a functionable human soon.

Dr. Patel was so kind and empathetic. I was really nervous for my appointment, and she and her staff quickly put my anxiety to rest. I felt heard and cared for. And I got a pain management plan that I had some say in. This experience was a breath of fresh air. I’m so glad I found Dr. Patel!
