I enjoyed my visit mostly due to the professionalism displayed by Dr Finklea. I did have an issue with my bill because I had met my deductible through my insurance but apparently it wasn't verified so I had pay $188 for my visit. I'm hoping for a reimbursement or credit upon my return. With that being said, it won't keep me from returning:)

Hi Mr. Hernandez, it appears your visit was added to the schedule after our eligibility and benefits team checks the deductibles, and I apologize for them not doing it after you were added in that day, but do not worry, we'll work on refunding the amount owed to you when your insurance notifies us with what is owed.

I love Dr.Galvan great bedside manners and a very nice young man!! I love how they greet you when you first walk into the door they treat you like they are your family.

(My daughters first visit to the office) We LOVE the staff! We LOVE the Dr! Everyone is so friendly and inviting. My daughter LOVED the hygienist (Diana). The hygienist noticed my daughter did a good job in brushing but needed a little bit of help with the front lower teeth. Hygienist noticed a little bit of plaque in that area and my daughters gums bled a little when flossing. Diana grabbed a tooth brush and asked my daughter to demonstrate how she brushes and Diana let my daughter know how she could improve. We were blown away by her genuine care of my daughters oral hygiene. My daughter is 15 and has been getting her teeth cleaned since she cut her first tooth and we have never had that kind of experience with a hygienist. Talk about going above and beyond! Overall...
