If I could rate the two doctors separately I would give Dr. Rigg 5 stars and Dr. Narski 1 star. They are night and day. Dr. Rigg is genuine and wonderful... takes time to explain anything. Dr. Narski was the doctor I saw last week. I would never go back. She did not make eye contact with me, barely spoke and was gruff. (I remained pleasant.) She then had her assistant tell me the follow up would be over $550. I was shocked and went to two other vets to get second opinions. Both of those vets said it would be $200 or less. I probably would not have questioned Dr. Rigg as she is a wonderful doctor with animals, however do not let Dr. Narski see your pet. Maybe she was having a bad day? The cost difference was astonishing. Furthermore I may not have gotten the two other opinions if Dr. Narski had been better with people skills and explained anything. Be careful and ask questions. Customer service is subjective, I understand as I own a business that depends on excellent service to grow. Dr. Narski's behavior was beyond excuse. I hope she takes my comments to heart. Thank you.
I apologize that we did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide a positive experience.
It is difficult to provide exact estimates and many times we add additional diagnostics or advanced procedures so owners can make more informed decisions with finances. With that much variation in cost between other vets, it is most likely we had additional tests or plans than what they are quoting.
Most importantly, if you have a doctor preference we are happy to accommodate those requests. I know Dr RIgg can discuss any of your concerns. Please come in or give us a call. Thank you so much for your feedback. We will use it to improve our services.
