was not happy with the girl that cleaned my teeth..she kept looking at the tv and working on my cleaning at the same time..at times she got into my gums that didn't feel good,because she WAS NOT paying attention..She was watching a Trace Adkins interview,and his music video..Miss the other technican that is no longer there..she was attentive..and not all over the place ..this new girl is too busy watching what is going on around her to do her job. The Dentist is fine, but the help needs improvement,...

This issue was addressed on the day we received this review. Changes were made immediately so that this will not happen again. Those changes will be evident to this patient the next time he/she returns.
