This was my first visit to this dentist. The Hygienist's and dentist were extremely nice and very cautious with my teeth and gums. I was totally satisfied with my visit!
I'll admit I was afraid of dentists and until the other day I had not been to a dentist in 15 years. A bad toothache changed all of this. Dr. Nicholson and assistants made me feel comfortable and I wasn't hassled about not seeing a dentist for such a long time. Everything was carefully explained to me and the procedure was far less painful (fearful) than I expected. Now that my fears have been greatly diminished, I will be coming back for more work. I still don't like needles though. ;-)
The assistant and the dentist were both very nice and caring. They stopped several times to make sure I was ok. I completely freak out over any dental work and I had not shared this initially with them. I was very at ease with them. I feel much more comfortable for my upcoming visit.
Meeting Dr R was very impressive. He was professional yet very personable. His assistant Lori was excellent as well. Everyone there made me feel comfortable. I will be recommending him to all my friends.
I usually have been very happy but was not as satisfied this time. My initial consultation was for a two part cleaning and four cavities (I know but it has been a long time) I have had the first part of the cleaning done but when I went to finish getting my cavities filled out of nowhere they tell me I supposed to get three more cavities filled. No one has ever said this to me. The original X-ray supposedly showed my first cavities which I knew of two but now I feel like they are just over doing it to make money. I'm not happy but if they were more upfront with me I might not be so apprehensive about going again.
Always a great experience. Very professional staff, clean and enjoyable patient lounge and as long as you're on time you never have to wait long for your appointment. I also love that the dentist always takes the time to thoroughly explain procedures and helpful tips. Extremely pleased with every aspect of each visit.
