I thought this was a great place at first. The treatment and dentists were pretty good. I paid for all my services in full during each visit. Then I got a mystery bill from riccobene for almost $200. When my next appointment came up I went and they told me I had an outstanding balance and couldn't be seen until it was paid. I explained to the clerk that I had paid in full every visit and asked her to tell me exactly when and what the outstanding balance was for. She rifled through some papers and looked on her computer. She just kept telling me the total Due and could never give me a direct discription for what I was charged. I was informed that nonpayment would go against my credit. I asked to speak to a manager or person in charge. Supposedly no one was there. The cashier took down my number and said she would have the manager call me and help resolve this. It's been almost 3 months and still no word from them. GO HERE TO GET LIED TO AND RIPPED OFF!!!!!
