I came on for a cleaning and Marge was absolutely terrific! I will miss Dr Mayercheck but understand the new Dentist is very good.

I had an 8 am appointment which I arrived on time for. Checked in at the window and had a seat. I waited as the other patients were called back. Then I was called to the window, to be informed my dentist was no longer with Rice.The replacement couldn't do the work I needed that day. Why wasn't I informed by phone? Why did I have to miss time from work? This was my second dentist, I haven't even met him yet, as one I usually used had also left. I was not informed of that departure as well. I had used this place on advice from my wife, but had always been amazed at just how dirty the place seemed and how uncomfortable the waiting room was. The straw the broke the camel's back was to allow me to come in when there was nobody there that could help me. I will not be coming back.

The last three times I have been to Rice Dentistry, the exam rooms where I was fitted for a temporary crown and a crown were in HORRIBLE condition....the walls and flooring were torn up and in general it looked like a third world emergency dentistry office. I like the dentistry service and the staff at Rice, but if something is not done with the physical environment, I will have to seek service elsewhere. My wife has already urged me to change dentists but I am willing to give Rice a chance. The sign outside is in disrepair also. This place NEEDS RENOVATIONS or patients will soon be looking elsewhere!!! If things do not change, and I'm willing to give Rice a chance, I will never recommend Rice and find another dentist.

I made an appointment to have my teeth cleaned ,left with x-rays, and the need to schedule several

more appointments for scaling, etc similar to taking the car for an oil change and having the mechanic say 'you need to have your transmission fixed and when you bring it in for that, I'll change the oil" just really ticked off about the whole visit..and by the way..who is the dentist who can not introduce himself to a patient?
