Dr. Neal's office is always efficient -- the staff is always pleasant, there is generally no waiting time in the office, and Eileen handles billing and insurance matters in a way that makes the process extremely convenient for the patient. It is the most efficient dental office I have been to. Dental care is also excellent -- at the end of my last visit I commented that it was the easiest cleaning I could remember having. I appreciate Luda's patience in working around my extreme gag reflex and her overall professionalism.
