I would like to compliment Richard Kroll Salon, Trish, and Jess on exceptional service at my appointment on July 30th.
Every precaution was taken to ensure everyone's safety. I was a little nervous about going at first, but upon arrival was put at ease. The protocol they have is place is very safe and accommodating to everyone's needs and health concerns.
Thank you all for a wonderful experience during this pandemic.

Although my stylist did a great job ......it was totally over priced. Two of my friends also went to high end salons and both had double the hair that I have and they were charged $50.00 to $70.00 less than I was charged.
They had the exact same thing done color and hi-lite,and cut.
For a cut color and highlight I was charged $190.00 that is just crazy for short hair. Plus I tipped her on top of that.

There are so many variables that come into play with pricing for colorwork . The pricing you listed here is a total price including a haircut, a full color and a full hilite. This pricing also included the shampoo and blowout! We hope you reconsider visiting us again so that you keep up with that awesome hair color you walked out with on your last visit! Amanda was wonderful. I haven't had a haircut in 6 months and was hospitalized in June. She was very considerate of my slow movement and did a fabulous job with the cut and style.

Jess goes above and beyond. I took a few year break and went to a closer salon to my house but they didn't take nearly as much time and attention to detail as she does. I won't be leaving again.

julie is always super friendly, yet professional. i always enjoy my pedicures with her. she does a great job and even offers suggestions for ways to keep my feet looking and feeling nice before seeing her again! i'd definitely recommend her to others!

I did a Brazilian and eyebrow waxing with Julie. This is my first time trying a Brazilian since I suffer with lots of ingrown hair and razor burns. Julie made me so comfortable during the whole experience and communicated the whole time so I knew the process and what was going on. This was also my first time coming to Julie and I will definitely be back in the future!
