I was pleased with the dental hygiene treatment. However I was disappointed that I was having some problems with my gums and was told I needed to return because the dentist was not there. I would suggest that if possible when a patient is scheduling an appointment to ask if there are other concerns and if the dentist needs to be seen.

This would save having to return for another trip.

I definitely recommend. Very clean facility. The office staff are amazing! Especially Angela! She definitely hooked a sister up! The German lady who did my impressions explained everything that was happening and had a wonderful bedside manner. Dr Milanez is very competent. Little to no personality but I trust him with my dental needs. I did experience quite a bit of pain so my only suggestion would be that they offer some type of sedation during procedures. For persons like myself who have a very irrational fear of dentists or experienced dental trauma, sedation is very helpful and a common practice in dentistry today.

I had a great experience at Richmond Smile Center. It was my first visit and I highly recommend this practice. My dental hygienist was very kind and gentle. Dr. Milanez was receptive to my concerns and gave me advice that reflected genuine interest in my care rather than unnecessary expensive alternative treatments that would hurt my wallet. I enjoyed my visit.

The Richmond smile center was excellent their offices are clean neat organized and even a little entertaining. The corporate office there was organized everyone there was professional knowledgeable and communicative. I never had a wait time the work done was within the time allotted . The dentist was the best dentist I ever had in my whole life and his assistance too thank you thank you so much I'm looking forward to come back for some additional work next year.
