We weren't for sure what my problem was, just knew the rotation of the wheels on the drivers side wasn't correct. Rick's was able to diagnose the problem and fix it without having to make an additional trip to Springfield from Forsyth.
Very much appreciated the courteous way I was treated and things explained to me (no one talked down to me as a female)! Very honest about cost of needed services and whether actually necessary at this time.
If there was a way to register for haircuts online and actually pick the time slot you wanted versus giving 3 different times that would work and being contacted back, I would use that function every time. I know others that get their haircut there as well, and would really like to use that function. I also know customers that would like to get their haircut there, but want the online reservation system that I just stated...the reason that system would be great is due to the fact that a lot of us don't think about scheduling a haircut until the evening and the shop is closed to call and make an appointment.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE me some Rogue...just might be a nice change to the reservation system!
Always enjoy coming to your salon, and Blair is a gem. She does the best cuts and color I've ever had. The other thing I appreciate is the lack of "attitude." No employee here acts superior or haughty, just welcoming.
