Truthfully, I would give Rick's Automotive Group 10 stars if I could. Why? Because Rick's employees are the best at what they do.
They take care of business while providing quality customer service at every visit.
It's my opinion that Rick's Automtive works in the best interest of the customer. Recently, I was blown away with the exceptional effort made by Micah, an employee who went well beyond what I expected in helping to resolve a particular problem I was experiencing with my vehicle. He conducted some research as to this problem, found the solution and I left a very satisfied customer.
Whether I bring a vehicle to Rick's for regular care and maintenance, or experiencing a problem, there is a comfort in knowing my vehicle is in the hands of skilled, trustworthy, and all around nice people.
