My experience was very good. I feel very confident in Dr. Pierce and her many years of experience. She has a lot of energy and answered my questions quickly and was very attentive.

I also want to commend the vet tech Tammy for staying longer than she needed to in order to assist with Manxey. This was my first vet visit since I have been socializing her for the past year 1/2 (I rescued her as a feral kitten 7 mos.old) and the experience was daunting for me, and very stressful for her, understandably. This is unchartered territory for me as my cats previously had been domesticated from an early age.

Therefore, I am very cautious about bringing her in again, and do want to try sedation meds to help. I have questions as a result and just want the best experience for her. I am low maintenance, yet this is a new type of experience for me. Since her visit I've had a few follow-up questions which were answered, yet I feel I've been met with resistance and impatience to a certain degree. I really don't need to here "we've been so busy" when I call, and to not be greeted and addressed warmly, when I am simply trying to gather information for my Manxey. I work for Hospice and I would never be anything less than kind and considerate with patients and families.

This is why I am rating my experience as a 5. I really want to continue bringing my girls to your vet but there are a lot of good vets out there with friendlier staff.

They were helpful with my pets and handled them with care. They showed respect to my wishes and did not pressure me or guilt me into services above what I requested from them, but simply gave advice.

Provided good information and great details. The only down fault were the prices. I moved all up and down the east coast and this were by far the most expensive quotes I received. I have to have one of my dogs on apoquel. I was paying $54 for it. I paid $104 here. The next highest I paid was $72 than dropped to $55 after the first time. Maybe this one will drop too.

Yesterday morning, we rushed to the RLHospital because Jewel showed some problems in her left front leg, and we'd noticed that she was a little depressed during during the last 24 hrs.

The front desk Assistant told us that they didn't have any appt/ with Dr. Monica Joshi until 3.30pm but one of new Vet's would take care of Jewel around 11.30am... perfect !!

We arrived there before 11.30am and Mr. Joan, one of the Vet's Ass. examined all Jewels' vital signs and informed us that Dr.. NNNN.... ['the new Vet[ would be there soon.

To our surprise... around 12.00m Dr. M. Joshi came into the room to take care of Jewel.. we were very happy to see Dr. Joshi. She checked on Jewel for about 20' muscle by muscle, bone by bone.. very thoroughly and cautiously ..until She thought that everything was fine. i.e., no fractures or any other evident lesion. WE were very thankful that Dr. M. Joshi decided to make "time" for Jewel in spite of that we didn't have an appointment and in spite She was booked up until 3.30pm.

WE APPRECIATE Dr. JOSHI TIME & DEDICATION to her LITTLE PATIENTS.. She takes care of them with a lot of Love and respect !!! --- THANK YOU Dr.Monica..

Not sure which doctor saw my dog. They never came out to introduce themselves. The tech took my dog in the back and brought the dog back to me when finished. We usually like this clinic as it has a very upbeat vibe. On this visit, the techs were nice enough, but I left wondering if they liked their job. The vibe of the clinic was off and I didn't feel welcome. We would normally recommend this vet clinic to friends, but after our last visit, I am not so sure anymore.

We brought in a very sick kitten that we found in the bushes in a parking lot. They worked with me so I could get her in ASAP since she was so thin. They took their time explaining everything that they thought she needed and took great care of our new nugget, Autumn.

I'd like to add that 2 years ago they helped me with my very sick Mastiff, Faith. Again, the care was outstanding and extremely compassionate. Faith ended up passing away due to her illness but I never forgot the love and care they provided to Faith and myself. True angels.

I am satisfied with my cut and the stylist seemed very skilled. However, I have never been to a salon where someone washed your hair first before meeting the stylist. This seemed strange to me because she didn’t get a chance to see my style and discus what I wanted done. I also felt like the staff was rushed. I prefer a smaller intimate salon with a more personal touch.
