I know we need to get used to a new normal but I'm uncomfortable just handing my pet over to anyone without me being there.
That being said, I was glad the doctor came out to talk to me regarding his issue. This is a new cat for me, even though he is 8.5 years old.
The whole process felt a bit disjointed to me and I felt like I needed to repeat myself regarding some issues with shots to make sure they did not repeat shots that had already been done. This was our first visit.
In total, I saw 3 people which included the doctor. I would have been more comfortable with less people interaction. One person contact plus doctor would have helped my comfort level.
That being said, this visit went rather smoothly overall. I'm sure all of these new procedures on the part of the clinic require some fine tuning and adjustments, and make your jobs somewhat more time consuming and difficult . so kudos to you all. The folks at Ridgeview are always so helpful -ESPECIALLY during a crisis (which was the reason for my most recent visit with them). They understand that our pets are family and they go above and beyond the call of duty because of that! This is why i have chosen them to care for my dog since she was a puppy ( she is 121/2 years old now). Dr. Hesse and his staff have cared for her since day one and i would have it any other way! Thank you Ridgeview Animal Clinic for so many years of great care! You really are the best!!!

Very caring staff, Dr. Explained everything and kept us informed. Even though it was close to closing time when we arrived the service was top notch. We plan on returning for future service.
