I called to renew a prescription and was promised a call back later that day when it was ready. After almost 5 hours I decided to stop in at RVH to check on the prescription, only to find that no action had been taken. I waited a few minutes while one of the vets was asked to OK the prescription, then it was filled. No one seemed concerned or apologetic that so much time had passed with no action. Service, especially in response to phone calls, has declined over the past few years, which is disappointing.
