My experience with my hairdresser was wonderful as always.
I have given one less star as I had a 10am appointment on a Sunday and was unable to get into the building until 10:20 as the reception staff was late. I pay a lot of money for my hair and expect to have the time allocated to me. My hairdresser apologised but I feel reception and management should have been the ones to do so.
There were 4 customers sitting downstairs waiting to get into the building.
