The stylist said she couldn’t do what I asked. Other stylists were assisting her to find a resolution but she made it clear she couldn’t do it. I left and went to another salon who was interested in my business.

Hi Alissa, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. What you booked for online was different than what the provider needed to do to achieve what you were looking for. Another colourist suggested it was more of a correction which needs to be booked with a specialist. Unfortunately you had walked out before we could advise on the next step. We are always trying to be sure we do the correct service before continuing on. We hope you were able to find what you were looking for elsewhere.
