Dr Brown will be very pleased to hear of the compliment that you have given her. But I would like to address the insurance issue. I do want to apologize for any inconvenience that it may have caused you. Occasionally insurance is pulled in the vision center when patients want to just see what benefits that they may have. This may not have happened, but either way. I do want to apologize.
