We are sorry you felt your service was not to your expectations. Part of the cost that is included with your contact lenses evaluation is follow-up care. At our offices, if you have any problems with the fit, feel, or wear time of your contacts for the first 30 days, you can return to any of our doctors at no-charge. We have also been very concerned about the cases and solutions. For over 20 years many solution manufacturers gave us an endless supply of solution to give to patients. Recently the brands we recommend have stopped giving us samples and only giving us coupons to give to patients to cut on their cost of distribution. We hope they change this practice in the future.
